NRIs login in into this site and view the properties according their priorities and contact the property owners directly on any property that they like.

Who is this for ?

This database is ONLY FOR NRIs, who are living in other countries other than in India, who want to purchase/invest in real estate in India.

What do we do for NRIs ?

We encourage property owners to post their property in this site. NRIs are given free logins. They can login into this site and search for properties according to their interests and contact the property owners/posted people directly on any property they like.

Our team of specialist (Lawyers and Retired Judges; Retired Revenue Officials like District Collectors and Megistrates, Joint Collectors, Sub Collectors; Retired Municipal Officials and other such local government bodies retired officials; Retired Government Surveyors) support the NRIs in the purchase of the properties end to end.

All our services put together would give the highest degree of genuinity in terms of purchasing/investing in the Real Estate in India and helps NRIs from wrongful approaches in purchasing/investing in the Real Estate investments.

We charge no subscription fee for the logins from our members (NRIs) – Only NRIs. Our Specialists support the NRIs in their investment pursuit.
